Description and Requirements

Position Description:
  • Responsible for leading the onboarding for new hires 
  • Manage space planning and operations for the inside sales team 
  • Maintain rep database 
  • Coordinate, schedule and communicate the inside sales activities, training and newsletter 
  • Request, audit and dispose of assets 
  • Prepare seller level staff meetings 
  • Run meetings when Sales Program Manager is unavailable 
  • Develop and run projects based on annual Lenovo Listen survey results 
  • Organize quarterly community service event 
  • Support vendor relationships. Pair business initiatives of Lenovo and vendor, supported by engagement activities. Secure funding, approval, logistic, billing and collections. 
  • Assist NA Sales Enablement Manager with annual Sales Kick Off Vendor Showcase 
Position Requirements: 
  • Superior process orientation and mindset to breakdown and solve difficult problems. 
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and project/time management abilities.
  • Program experience and knowledge. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify value in an unstructured situation.
