Description and Requirements
Lenovo's Solutions and Services Group (SSG) is seeking an experienced marketing leader to manage IT Services and Solutions marketing in a dynamic environment. This individual will serve as the Sr. Manager for NA Geography Marketing, collaborating on impactful campaigns. This candidate will be responsible for aligning with internal sales and worldwide marketing teams, providing end-to-end marketing program management, reviewing budgets, and leveraging alliances to generate and nurture leads.
Flexible location – Can be in-person at HQ in Morrisville, North Carolina, or remote within the US.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of Services and Solutions Marketing Programs to drive qualified leads.
- Collaborate with NA services sales and worldwide marketing teams.
- Assist in developing and managing the NA SSG Marketing budget.
- Establish objectives, messaging, and audience framework.
- Foster alliance partnerships for mutual success.
- Uncover and leverage customer case studies for marketing.
- Collaborate on event and campaign strategies.
- Promote "Why Lenovo" story for SSG.
- Educate sales and channel partners.
- Share insights across worldwide marketing teams.
- Lead with a People First approach to build and evolve team's capabilities.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 7 years' marketing experience in IT or technology or a similar services environment
- Experience in B2B services and commercial marketing.
- End to end program management and budget ownership experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in a Managed Services environment.
- Previous experience developing and executing winning Field marketing tactics.
- Integrated go-to-market and campaign experience.
- Alliance partnership and market fund experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent organization and project management experience.
- Analytical capability for program effectiveness.
- Creative thinking and strategic vision.
