Description and Requirements

This is an entry level role suitable for New Graduate eager to start a career path to become a Project Manager. If you’re a New Graduate ready to start a career in multinational corporation such as Lenovo, do not hesitate to apply! We will teach you everything, just bring your can- do attitude!

The OEM business model is focused on selling Lenovo products and services to OEM customers who will incorporate them into their solutions to create unique products, sold to their end customers. The OEM is dependent on Lenovo to keep their solution’s manufacturing up and running. This unique relationship Lenovo has with their OEM customers drives the need for strong coordination for these complex accounts.

You will be responsible for ensuring tactical operations run smoothly for all accounts assigned by supporting Account Leaders (OEM Sales Leader and OEM Account PMs where assigned).

The successful candidate will have the ability to influence and maintain open communication with multiple teams including geo sales and sales operations teams, OEM solution architects and engineers, product and development teams, commercial operations, and services organizations. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify critical orders with Sales and communicate to Supply Planner/Fulfillment Manager/GSC for action. Communicate critical order status to Account Leaders.
  • Assist Account Leaders by coordinating quarterly BOM health checks for each account
  • Share latest product roadmaps, last time buy (LTB) dates, and end of life (EOL) dates with Account Leaders to aid in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and transition planning with customers
  • Follow-up with Product Managers to ensure any Product Change Requests (PCR) are prudently addressed
  • Aid in timely resolution of technical issues through tracking and appropriate follow-up or escalation
  • Support Account Leaders in both internal and external action item mgmt. 

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, with a desire for a career in business or project management, new/recent graduate
  • Leadership and project management skills (acquired during studies) to drive plans for an evolving business model.
  • Ability to work cross functionally across multiple organizations
  • Spirit of entrepreneurship requiring high-energy, proactive style, teaming, and collaboration
  • Strong process orientation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work with WW team members, coordinate WW efforts

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 1250 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
