Description and Requirements

Lenovo is hiring for a Web project manager! As a part of the team, you will provide support on administrative tasks for B2B e-commerce team in the NA region. The web infrastructure is already in place and whilst coding experience is advantageous it is not essential. This is the perfect opportunity to network and set up a strong basis for a commercial career in the IT industry.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Creates a plan for gaining web customers, by promoting web as a tool for salespeople to leverage sales productivity.  Through reaching out to sales leads and presenting regularly.  Strong personality required.
  • Responsible for setting up, maintaining, and promoting the use of direct B2B websites for new and established customers
  • Training new users & assisting them to get access to the sites. ​
  • You will create custom configurations, execute on EP tickets, and implement updates as well as troubleshoot web functional problems.
  • Maintain metrics on the customer sites to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Engages in superior customer service
  • Schedule’s appointments and meetings as necessary
  • Answers questions from customer
  • Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other salespeople through various resources
  • POC for Manager to cover time zone as you will be part of a global team.


Skills:

  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills,
  • Creativity & ability to create strong presentation material and ability to execute.
  • Demonstrated Experience
  • Strong Computer Literacy, Microsoft Office, Database Skills, Marketing, Finance, Presentation skills


Position Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar position within the IT industry Sales & Web sales  
  • Ability to work on cross departments/cultural assignments
  • Passion for IT technology and supporting customers globally
  • Detail-oriented and enjoy working with data
  • Professional fluency in English
