Description and Requirements

Position Description:
1. 负责海外区域订单交付,异常订单处理和系统操作 
2. 以客户为中心, 提供高效的解决积压订单的方案,减少客户更换和退款的风险 
3. 负责项目支持,根据项目需求了解前端运营流程,跟踪项目进度,确保项目达到预期目标,做好质量时间管理 
4. 高效组织召开项目运作过程中的不同类型会议,跟进会议任务落实执行 

Position Requirements:
1. 本科及以上学历 
2. 两到三年供应链相关的工作经验,订单交付管理的工作经验 
3. 流利的英语书面和口语, 能胜任与海外同事沟通 
4. 积极主动并具有较强的责任心 
5. 注重细节,组织有序,可以高效的完成相关工作  
6. 较强的团队合作精神,具有良好的人际关系和沟通能力 
7. 熟练使用办公软件,懂得数据分析,有SAP等操作系统经验者优先
