Description and Requirements

  • Manufacturing Order Management.
  • Focus on our KPIs to ensure every single order ships according to the SLA (PSSD/RPSSD).
  • Drive Supply and/or Material Allocations.
  • Prioritize critical orders to meet customer requirements and expectations, follow past due, coming due and tails.
  • Interlock with Customer Fulfillment Team on critical orders and open issues.
  • Proactive communication and solutions to our customers.
  • CTB/ATB Analysis and Reporting.
  • Capacity Requirements.
  • Deal with special customer requirements.
  • Build ahead administration.
  • Review daily backlog to get in front of potential issues affecting customers.
  • Control and apply Offspecs/Deviations for MTY Plant
  • Finish Goods Optimization.
  • Physical Inventory Rebalance.

Position Requirements

  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • SAP ECC, APO and ITAC.
  • English proficiency.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
  • Customer Service skills.
  • Strong ownership, leadership and sense of urgency.
