Description and Requirements

6+ years of procurement sourcing and supply chain operational experience in RFQ/cost/supply/NPI/EOL and transition management. Experience with PC industry and technologies with Tier1/2/3 supplier base, AVL and operation/sourcing model. Understand e2e product life cycles, design/development activity of DTWS portfolio and work with GPSM/GSM to secure suppliers support readiness for extended life cycles and risk mitigation Early engage and understand product MRD and align OEM customer requirements in MRD and early phases Familiar with MFG global footprint, in-house/ODM sourcing model and business case alignment Lead/Conduct/Support various NPI checkpoints (PKO, EPR, DDS, BC, SCAR, SCRR, MDRR, SVT, SS, …) Manage OEM business PCR along product lifecycle to ensure source/cost/supply/complexity/risk mitigation aligned between GSC, WS BU and OEM BU Segment Good collaboration/communication skill with cross functions including but not limited to all related WS PBM/GCM/GSM/RD/PM/OTM/Cost/Portfolio/SBB teams – strong team player and individual contributor Strong xls, ppt presentation and communication skills in English as well as Chinese Accountable for product launch success and able to measure/present progress regularly Result oriented, professional and be able to work independently with minimum supervision Creative and innovative thinking to solve Customer issues/problems and create WIN-WIN Prior work experience in a company with global team and operation a Plus Bachelor+ degree in business, commerce or engineering
