Description and Requirements

Are you passionate about branding, communication and marketing? 
Would you like to part of the Global Sponsorship team in Lenovo?

What is waiting for you in the role?

  • Identify and create the contents consistent to Lenovo guidelines
  • Define and coordinate the PR strategy to align to the corporate one 
  • Incorporate optimization strategies, analyze data, create reports, identify the best ways to increase corporate objectives
  • Work closely with the Global, GEO and Local PR team/s individuals to develop or optimize opportunities. Coordinate with Social to guarantee right amplification
  • Oversee day-to-day management activities and ensure consistency
  • Work closely with existing Partners to ensure opportunities are overseen and scout new ones
  • Drive engagement with influencers
  • Maintaining an efficient press office: manage media inquiries, media relations and interview requests.
  • Crisis/issues management and conflict litigation.
  • Content creation (press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations, executive speech writing, etc.)
  • Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results monthly
  • Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and paid media agreements
  • report to Global Sponsorship Director

What are we expecting from you?

  • 5+ experience within Sponsorship, Communication & PR
  • Bachelor`s Degree in PR, Communications or related field
  • experience in managing analytics software
  • exceptional multi-tasking
  • out of the box thinker
  • comfortable in communication, influencer attitude
  • ability to work in fast paced, high-pressure environment
  • ability to travel (40%)
