The Role

We are seeking an entry level person who’s hungry to learn and passionate about digital marketing. This person should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, and will gain experience in digital paid media. As paid media specialist, you will support our in-house paid media team to run product campaigns across digital media channels as well as always-on media campaigns (search, Facebook DPA and display).


  • Assist in the creation of digital marketing and advertising campaigns across key platforms (google ads, DV360, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

  • Assist in the management and optimization of paid search campaigns for optimal return on investment (ROI).

  • Cross-train across digital channels to provide full media team support. 

  • Assist in generating weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc performance reports, with ability to recognize performance trends and troubleshoot data anomalies.

  • Perform analysis of Google AdWords, Google Analytics and other third party-platform data.

  • Gain an understanding of industry trends and research industry to inform media campaign planning. 

  • Support creative process in briefing, review and analysis. 

  • Support team with ad ops (tagging, UTMs, trafficking) as well as finance and billing.

  • Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.

  • Work closely with the other team members on projects as needed. 

Position Requirements:

  • 0 – 1 years experience in digital marketing/media.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Some experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.

  • Some experience working with Google ad platforms.

  • Google Ads/DV360 certification a plus.

  • BS/BA degree preferred.
