Description and Requirements

Role Summary

Lead financial governance and ROI management for digital/AI investments, ensuring delivery of measurable, finance-validated benefits aligned with enterprise priorities.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Digital / AI Investment Governance: Align investments with strategy and affordability constraints; drive prioritization toward initiatives with clear ROI and hard financial benefits.

2. ROI Modeling: Establish ROI standard methodology to translate AI/digital impact into measurable financial outcomes; enforce consistent, comparable, and auditable benefit definitions.

3. Benefit Validation & Tracking: Validate ROI against defined addressable scope and constraints; monitor committed vs. realized benefits and escalate gaps; challenge weak, non-traceable, or non-incremental attribution.

4. Portfolio Insight & Reporting: Provide executive reporting with clear traceability and transparency of investments and outcomes; highlight gaps, risks, and reallocation opportunities.

5. Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally to enforce robust benefit governance and enable data-driven investment decisions at both portfolio and project levels.

Job Requirements:

1. 5+ years in Finance / FP&A / Transformation Finance

2. Strong experience in ROI modeling, investment evaluation, and financial governance

3. Proven exposure to AI / digital transformation initiatives

4. Strong understanding of digital cost structures (labor, 3rd party, infra)

5. Proven ability to challenge assumptions and enforce financial discipline

6. Strong executive communication and cross-functional stakeholder management

7. English fluency required as a working language.
