Description and Requirements

Role Summary

Lead financial governance and cost optimization for infrastructure investments, ensuring efficient spend, transparency, and measurable outcomes aligned with enterprise priorities.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Investment Governance: Align infrastructure investments (cloud, data center, network) with strategy and budget; prioritize for cost efficiency and value.

2. Cost Modeling: Build standardized models linking consumption and capacity to financial outcomes (e.g., unit cost, utilization).

3. Optimization & Tracking: Drive cost efficiency; track savings delivery vs. commitment; identify and escalate gaps.

4. Transparency & Reporting: Provide clear visibility into cost drivers; deliver concise, traceable executive reporting.

5. Demand & Capacity: Improve forecasting, capacity planning, and consumption discipline with IT and business teams.

6. Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally to enforce governance and support data-driven decisions.

Job Requirements:

1. 5+ years in Finance / FP&A / Technology or Infrastructure Finance

2. Experience in cost modeling, financial analysis, and investment governance

3. Understanding of infrastructure cost structures (cloud, network, 3rd parties)

4. Strong analytical skills with ability to challenge assumptions

5. Effective stakeholder management and communication

6. Infrastructure finance management experience is a plus

7. English fluency required as a working language.
