The role belongs to Japan eComm Organization in Asia Pacific managing 2 brands: Lenovo Japan and NEC on your Brand website.

The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded, dynamic and capable business professional looking to learn in a pressurized environment where he / she will be responsible for driving multiple projects and deliverables. With strong Ecomm background and analytical and reporting skills, the successful candidate should also have the ability to leverage key stakeholders, market knowledge and research to make strong business decisions supporting senior executive(s) from an operational and strategic perspective.

About this position : 
- This position is reporting to Japan eComm GM, and supporting in the following areas as well as leading respective teams.  This position is core of the eComm business.
- eComm Marketing(4P) team and Sales Strategy & Operation team will report to this position.  

Planning & Operations
- Lead the Strategy and Operations function across Japan, to enable our leadership to drive business forward effectively and quickly, from annual planning to monthly tracking
- Manage 4P – Product, Placement, Pricing and Promotions for JP web business. 
- Responsible for managing JP web budgets including and not limited to investments cases, growth and expansion opportunities. 
- Manage revenue, profit opportunities and manage quarterly objectives. 
- The incumbent will provide help with cross-functional problem resolution around supply chain issues, connecting various stakeholders on key operational topics as well as providing guidance on issues that the various teams need as they work through their plans.
- Additionally, will drive the needed interlocks with other organizations including corporate strategy and divisional strategy teams.
- Drive CX and Business development across the region. 
- Facilitate and run the JP Ecomm agenda, from monthly discussion to deep dives & workshops
- Be the think tank and partner for JP Ecomm Lead in strategic and operational topics
- Assist JP Ecomm Leader in stakeholder management around the organization internally and externally 
- Part of JP Web Leadership team
- Work on gaining market intelligence
- Develop necessary documentation for upward review with World -Wide executives

- Capacity to assess, identify, drive and monitor key strategic initiatives
- Join worldwide strategic projects as a representative for JP

Must Have, essential :
? Ecommerce experience in JP region.
? Project management and problem solving
? Ability to drive change and execution in large organization and lead cross functional teams
? Strong excel and PowerPoint skills

? Basic knowledge and genuine interest on CE/IT industry and products
? Business level English skills
? Japanese communications
