Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

·       执行规划动作，支持服务供应链产品全生命周期（新品导入、大规模生产、停产、Last-Buy阶段），并结合 AI 分析工具优化流程。

·       基于生命周期阶段，实施差异化采购策略（如一次性 Last-Buy 及其他补货模型），并引入 AI 逻辑优化方案。

·       使用 Power BI、SQL、Python 及 AI 算法，开发和维护生命周期仪表板、采购决策矩阵，实现数据驱动与智能化规划。

·       生成阶段评审报告、采购 SOP、供应商分配计划，确保运营与 AI 分析结果一致。

·       通过分析模型和健康度指标，监控并优化零件可用性、积压和库存 KPI，结合 AI 预测逻辑提升准确性。

·       整合历史数据、预测信号及异常需求，生成前瞻性物料计划，并探索 AI 预测模型应用。

岗位要求：

·       本科及以上学历，供应链/物流/数学或相关专业。

·       英语听说读写流利。

·       1~3 年供应链工作经验，优先考虑有服务供应链及规划经验者。

·       具备 AI 项目交付经验或 AI 数据分析经验，熟悉 AI 逻辑优化、自动化规划或预测模型。

·       技术能力：分析、统计、报表开发，熟悉 Excel、PPT，优先掌握 VBA、SAP、SQL、Python、Power BI。

·       自驱动、数据驱动，具备良好沟通与团队协作能力。
