Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities：

1. Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Utilize tools such as SQL, Python, and Power BI to monitor, analyze, and visualize key performance indicators including on-time delivery rate, order accuracy. Proactively identify operational trends, bottlenecks, and anomalies. Perform root cause analysis through data mining.

2. System Support & Process Optimization: Technical support resource. Deeply understand system configurations and data logic, process modeling, and improvement proposals. Lead or participate in specific process improvement projects, such as process optimizing, allocation rules or to reducing order E2E touchpoints.

3. Complex Operations & Exception Handling: Be responsible for handling high-priority orders, historical issue resolution, and various process exceptions.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration & Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with planning, logistics, procurement and customer as a fulfillment process expert.

Job Requirements：

1. Proficiency in data analysis tools including SQL, Python, and Power BI, with the ability to monitor, analyze, and visualize KPIs and conduct in-depth data mining and root cause analysis.
2. Familiar with system configurations and data logic, with experience in process modeling and process improvement. Capable of leading or participating in process optimization projects and putting forward practical improvement proposals.
3. Strong ability in handling complex operations and process exceptions, with a high sense of responsibility and efficiency in resolving high-priority tasks and historical issues.
