Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

1. Minimum Order Quantity management: work with Europe 4P team and various parties to set up minimum order quantity regularly for the seek of cost efficiency and less chance of product damage. Tracking effectiveness and cost savings regularly.

2. Credit Management: work with Europe market credit managers and credit team to manage order release to avoid risks of collection. Support critical orders or big deals order release as top priority.

3. Order fulfillment: work with market segment focals, sales operations or sales on order fulfillment to support market shipment/profitability target achievement, control finished goods inventory.

4. Customer fulfillment: work as one stop solution provider to customers (internal or external) and ensure customer satisfaction.


1. Bachelor’s degree and above.

2. Fluent in spoken and written English. CET6 and/or TEM 8 certification. Decent IELTS or TOFEL tests results are also acceptable.

3. Be good at communicating. Be sensitive in numbers. Proficiency in MS office tools (Word, PPT, Excel, etc.). Master the use of Excel function well on V-lookup, Sumif, PVoit, etc.

4. EPR/SAP operation experience, project management skills, and basic programming capability are preferred.
