Job Responsibilities

Procurement Operations & Governance
Support RFQ, contract management, pricing changes, and approval workflows
Ensure procurement compliance, operational execution, and internal control adherence
Support quarterly reporting, scorecards, and operational tracking
Assist in audit preparation, documentation, and issue follow-up

Supplier & Risk Management
Support supplier governance and compliance activities
Assist in supply risk analysis, data collection, and impact assessment
Coordinate supplier documentation and cross-functional follow-ups
Support rebate, payment, and supplier tracking processes

Data & Process Operations
Support procurement systems, dashboards, and reporting
Assist in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
Perform data analysis to support procurement decision-making
Support digitalization and automation initiatives

Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with GCM, PBM, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and Digital teams
Participate in cross-functional projects and training activities
Support continuous improvement initiatives across procurement operations

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or related fields
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork capabilities
Fluent in written and spoken English
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment

Preferred Skills
Basic exposure to SQL, Python, VBA, Power BI, Power Automate, or similar tools
Interest in data analytics, digital transformation, or supply chain optimization
Experience in reporting, dashboarding, or process improvement projects is a plus
Self-motivated with strong learning agility and ownership mindset
