Description and Requirements

■About the organization and team
As a member of Lenovo QA Team (PCSD Quality), lead product quality assurance and quality improvement activity for Japan market.

■Role
- KPI management
 ・Set KPI target (DOA: Initial quality / RA: Field quality) and monitor its status
 ・Planning of quality improvement action and monitor its effectiveness

- Quality Improvement
Lead the activity for quality improvement and stabilization to meet KPIs
 ・After new product shipped, analyze the quality status through customer's claim and its report
 ・Share and feedback the quality status with PCSD Quality team, Yamato(YMT) R&D team and PE team
and work with them for improvement actions.
 ・After the improvement plan/action is applied, monitor the effectiveness and improvement status and
consider the additional action if needed.
 ・Also do the FuPan with R&D and/or manufacturing team to prevent the recurrence of similar problem
and the promotion of improvement activities.

- Daily work management
 ・Follow up the progress of tasks of the team
 ・Schedule management
 ・Status report to managers
 ・Quality status report in the meeting such as BMS

- Special activities
 ・Join to the Project or TF activities if requested
 ・Quality data analysis and its reporting

- Others
 ・If requested, may need to visit and report to customer for the problem. (Root cause, improvement action, etc.)

Domestic: YES to Yokohama (YMT R&D), Gunma Plant, Yonezawa Plant

■Career Path:
 Promotion to Senior management

■Must Have – essential
- Quality improvement and management: 5 ~ 10 yrs.
- Project management experience:5 ~ 10 yrs.
- PC development: 5 ~ 10 yrs.
- Fluent communication skill both in Japanese and English (include - reading and writing)
- TOEIC: over 750, Logical thinking

■Good to have - desirable
- Working experience of development, manufacturing or project management for mobile phone.
- Working experience as data analyst.
- Good to have Chinese communication skill
