Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

该岗位将负责端到端的质量管理工作：

新品质量管理：包括问题处理、风险管理、阶段退出管理及出货支持等。

制造工厂/供应商质量管理支持，组织或参与代工厂/供应商质量审核，管理绩效，确保供应链和制造环节的质量一致性。

售后质量表现管理，包括售后问题处理，质量数据改善等。

 
岗位要求：

本科及以上学历，电子、通信、计算机或自动化相关专业。具备3年以上智能终端/AI设备（如AI PC、AIoT、智能穿戴等）质量管理经验。

精通产品开发流程，具备扎实的新品质量管理经验。能够在研发早期识别设计缺陷，完善质量策略，在新品开发各阶段主导质量评审。

面对售后质量问题，能够迅速主导跨部门根因分析，制定有效的纠正预防措施。

熟悉ISO9001等质量体系，有丰富的OEM/ODM代工厂及核心供应商管理经验优先。

具备出色的跨部门沟通与协调能力, 有效拉通研发、供应链、制造、销售及售后等上下游团队。

对AI技术演进保持高度敏感，愿意主动学习AI原生设备的前沿知识。能够将新技术的特性转化为切实可行的质量管理标准优先。
