Description and Requirements

Job Description
Responsible for repair process and quality management of Lenovo PC products service parts. Lead team to evaluate and audit repair vendor. Responsibilities include but not limited

1. Repair vendor performance improvement. Improve repair yield, shorten turnaround time, lower return repair rate
2. Parts repair process enablement and audit   
3. Parts repair quality supervision and management, quality issue verification and solution
4. Vendor management system audit and guidance, quality improvement
5. Repair vendor capabilities assessment and efficiency improvement

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or relevant
2. 5+ years’ experience in Engineering/Quality, supply chain/PCBA or LCD production industry is preferred
3. Excellent ability on production coordination, systematic knowledge on product quality/engineering
4. Strong problem-solving and communication skill with clients, repair vendors, and cross-function teams.
5. Data-driven, self-motivation, working under pressure, accept regular business trip
6. Fluent in written and oral English
