Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:
1. Interact with 3rd party vendors, like monitor fraud provider performance, and system operation and enhancement.
2. Act as coordinator with Customer service, fulfillment team, fraud team, and payment team.
3. Being the focal of EMEA serviceability and CX teams.
4. Monitor internal teams performance per agreed KPI and provide regular dashboard.
5. Close loop communication for all internal and external customer in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:                                                                                                                
1. Bachelor degree (experience could make education less important).
2. English - fluent oral and written.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft office/SAP, and have data analysis skill.
4. 1+ year experience in relative field or Supply chain.
5. Solid execution and act with sense of urgency.
6. Proactive, independent and ownership.
7. Can work under pressure.
