Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring correct and daily execution of key responsibilities in the WW accounting group according to the requirements of policies, procedures and guidelines.
2. Followed procedure and leader instructions in Payment Processing, closing, reporting etc. areas as below:
   2.1 GTN claim calculation review and approval.
   2.2 According to payment schedules or upstream notification to submit GTN payment and complete payment integration
   2.3 Payment issue management and resolution.
   2.4 Internal company GTN charge communication, ledger and system submission.
   2.5 GTN monthly and quarterly accrual review with finance controller and accrual file prepare and submission.
   2.6 GTN accrual balance analysis and reporting preparation.
   2.7 GTN recon review and variance follow up and fix.
3. Create and maintain desktop procedures according to process change
4. GTN end to end status management and COS governance
5. Help to achieve process improvement under instructions of manager.
6. Analyze complex problems, coordinate financial and business inputs, and influence the financial planning, accounting and treasury processes
7. Support internal & external audit, ensure financial work complies with relevant regulations and company policies.
8. Execute GTN related finance operations as required.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines.
2. Proficient in Japanese and English, with strong listening, speaking, reading and writing capabilities; able to conduct daily business communication, document drafting and cross team meetings in both languages.
3. Familiar with GTN processes; relevant working experience is strongly preferred.
4. Strong analytical capability and problem solving skills. Able to sort out complex financial data, identify business risks and deliver practical solutions for finance related issues.
5. Possess AI driven mindset and process improvement awareness. Be open to leveraging AI tools to optimize daily finance workflows, identify process pain points and drive continuous process optimization.
6. Solid finance & accounting working experience, familiar with general accounting procedures, financial reconciliation, invoice management or month end closing activities; prior exposure to Japan related finance business is a strong plus.
7. Good team collaboration skills. Able to cooperate closely with cross functional teams, provide backup support for team members when needed, and multi task efficiently under tight deadlines.
8. Detail oriented, highly responsible for work deliverables, good at sorting and organizing financial documents, ensure accuracy and compliance of financial outputs.
