Description and Requirements

You will join Lenovo Value Recovery (LVR) team which is an exciting new business unit dedicated to the circular economy through the reuse, refurbishment and redeployment of hardware solutions. LVR operates as a small start-up company within Lenovo and is given the autonomy to create the operational infrastructure needed to support this new business unit as we expand our capabilities into each Geo. This newly formed team is made up of individuals with diverse backgrounds in product development, customer support, and supply chain.
 Responsibilities of the role:
  * IT Equipment and hardware testing, across some of Enterprise & Client/Office, Server, Storage and Networking.
  * Problem solving and analytical skills -take the lead in dealing with technical and business problems encountered with products and processes, root causing and correcting them.
  * Responsible for new tasks and deliver results independently with minimal intervention required.
  * Transfer knowledge clearly and effectively to multiple audiences.
  * leading or working as an integral part of a team and delivering on commitments made
 Position Requirements:
  * Degree in Engineering or a related discipline required or equivalent experience.
  * At least 2 years’ experience in a Hardware Test, IT or related technical role.
  * Strong communication skills, written & verbal
  * Good interpersonal and team skills along with a customer focused attitude.
  * Self-motivated and results driven - self-starter with a sense of urgency, capable of working in a multi-tasking environment and shifting focus appropriately.
  * have a good understanding of IT Enterprise equipment and be familiar with the test and functions of this equipment.
