Description and Requirements

岗位职责
1. 视频编码相关算法研究与优化；
2. 参与视频编解码器的开发与优化；
任职要求
1. 精通C/C++，有良好的代码安全和代码规范意识；
2. 精通视频编解码原理，至少精通H.264/HEVC/AV1中的一种，并有2年以上相关开发经验；
3. 在视频编解码领域提出过优秀算法并转化为专利经验的优先；
4. 在移动端有视频编解码优化经验的优先；
5. 有视频前后处理、图像处理相关经验的优先；
6. 有强烈的进取心，很强的学习能力，良好的沟通能力，良好的团队合作精神；
