Description and Requirements

岗位职责：
部件工程师负责与联想内部团队和直属分公司（铸造、冲压、组装和测试室）合作，推动合作技术和质量要求；提供领导力和战略，并为联想提供采购IC解决方案。这些活动包括以下内容：
1.质量和技术相关：
a） 为联想的晶圆厂、凸块、组装和测试过程制定质量要求。
b） 供应商和技术资格，包括制造、碰撞、组装和测试等。
c） NPI和量产阶段的质量问题处理，包括驱动根本原因分析、纠正措施、影响范围、风险评估等，并与研发、CQE团队和供应商合作，对质量问题进行端到端的解决。
d） 零部件供应商管理，包括定期供应商绩效监控、工厂审核、PCN/EOL管理、持续改进等。
2.商业相关
a） 推动供应商和技术，并引入新的供应商和技术以确保联想产品在成本、供应、技术和质量方面的市场竞争力。
b） 与GCM、RD以及参与的供应商和技术采购战略合作。
c） 与GCM和跨职能团队合作进行RFQ，以评估供应商的质量绩效、能力等。
d） 定期供应商绩效评估。
3.设计相关
a） 在设计阶段建立设计质量要求，如设计输入/输出、验证项目、DFx、DFMEA、可靠性标准等。
b） 将在开发阶段执行跟踪/监控质量程序。
c） 与联想和分公司合作，确保新产品在NPI和大规模生产期间得到充分实现。

岗位要求:
1. 本科及以上学历，电子工程专业。
2. 10年以上半导体制造和组装领域的工程经验。熟悉先进的铸造、装配技术和制造工艺。
3. 了解集成电路制造供应链及其能力，如关键铸造厂，以及冲压，组装/测试等分厂。
4. 全面了解ISO9000质量体系和ISO14001等ISO标准。
5. 较强的质量统计工具背景，如FMEA, SPC等。
6. 熟练的工厂审核技能，熟悉质量体系，IEC, JEDEC标准等。
7. 良好的中英文沟通能力(口头和书面)。
