Description and Requirements

岗位职责
1，全流程采购管控与供应商管理
负责服务器主板、各类板卡物料全流程采购，涵盖需求对接、询价议价、订单及交期管控、异常问题协调；熟悉板卡及核心元器件规格、厂商与报价构成，具备紧急项目报价整合评估能力，有 ODM 板卡厂对接经验，协助推进 RMA、通路搭建及测试治具相关事务；建立供应商绩效考核体系，深化核心厂商合作，推进 BOM 物料替代优化，保障供货稳定、提升供应链交付效率。
2，采购成本管控与商务谈判
跟踪服务器板卡及元器件市场行情与价格波动，建立价格研判机制；负责新品试产至量产全阶段商务对接、议价谈判及成本核定，落地降本方案与降价执行，定期输出价格分析、成本复盘报表，持续压降采购成本。
3，供应链风险防控与替代料管理
日常排查板卡 BOM 物料成本及供应链风险，预判停产、缺货、涨价、交期延迟等问题并制定应急预案；联动研发、硬件团队推进高成本 / 高风险 / 稀缺物料的替代选型、试样、验证及量产切换，保障物料供货合规稳定。
4，跟板卡相关的治具的成本管理
熟悉服务器板卡工装治具厂商与成本，可独立完成治具寻源；协同 ODM、研发、质量团队参与治具初期设计与规格选型，平衡品质与成本实现最优管控；熟悉治具配套 CPU、DIMM 等相关物料，在满足测试标准前提下严控采购成本

岗位要求：
1，3 年以上服务器板卡 / 电子元器件采购经验，有 ODM 板卡厂对接经验优先；
2，熟悉服务器板卡、核心元器件及工装治具行情、成本结构与供货渠道；
3，具备独立询价议价、成本拆解、报价评估及降本落地能力，擅长供应商开发与绩效管理；
4，有供应链风险预判、替代料导入及跨部门协同经验，沟通协调、执行力强，能应对紧急项目报价与交付异常处理。
5，做事仔细，认真，对数字具有敏感性，具有一定的抗压能力
