Description and Requirements

岗位职责：
负责服务器用 PCB及关键 IC）的采购与供应管理，制定并执行服务器相关物料的采购与寻源策略，确保 成本竞争力、交付稳定性及技术可得性
管理并维护 AVL（Approved Vendor List），推动新供应商开发、双供/多供策略及供应弹性建设
负责价格谈判、合同条款（价格、交期、供货保障、EOL/PCN 条款、质量责任等）的制定与管理
与工程、研发、硬件设计团队紧密协作，前期参与设计选型（Design-in），从采购角度影响技术与成本决策
推动 成本降低项目（Cost Down），包括替代方案评估、规格优化、规模效应及长期协议（LTA）谈判
监控 PCB 及半导体市场动态：产能、交期、价格、技术演进及风险（如缺料、EOL、地缘风险等）
主导或参与 供应商 QBR（季度业务回顾），持续提升供应商在成本、质量、交付、技术支持、ESG 等方面的绩效

岗位要求
本科及以上学历；5年以上服务器行业PCB及关键IC采购或供应链管理经验。
具备成本分析与价格谈判能力，能独立制定采购策略并管理AVL；有成功的供应商开发、双供/多供导入或替代方案评估落地经验；熟悉合同条款（EOL/PCN、质量责任等）及长期协议（LTA）谈判。
具备跨部门协同能力，能与研发、硬件设计团队高效配合，推动早期设计选型（Design-in）及成本优化项目。
