Description and Requirements

The Partner Concierge Team is an essential role that provides operational support to both Partners and Channel Account Managers. The Partner Concierge Team Manager is responsible to lead that team focused on improving sales productivity and efficiency by supporting NA Channel sellers through enablement, operations and post sales activities. The manager will coordinate with leaders across multiple business units to foster cross-functional collaboration. This person will ensure the Partner Concierge Team will be able to effectively equip the sales team and external business partners with Lenovo resources, tools, and processes. This person will also assist in enhancing the operational processes for internal and external partners and will also help to establish relevant KPIs and reporting processes for measuring and showcasing team effectiveness.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  Fosters Cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, operations, programs, etc

  Guides diverse team while developing an inclusive, performance culture

  Participates in tool enhancement planning and makes recommendations for process automation

  Liaison with marketing agency and creative team as needed to build collateral and assets

  Works with vendors as needed to manage any 3rd party tools used by the team


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 

• 7-10 years’ experience in inside sales or sales operations

• Ability to build operational strategy to enhance partner experience

• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Excel

• Prior knowledge of the channel preferred
