Description and Requirements

The Partner Engagement Specialist will be responsible for the communication, execution and performance tracking of our partner engagement tools and programs specific to the US and Canada.

This individual will be interfacing on a regular basis with our vendor partners as well internal teams to communicate tools enablement and adoption analytics as it relates to the partners’ Marketing Automation and Enablement tools usage. The Partner Engagement Specialist has the responsibility to manage the integrity of the NA partner portal experience and related marketing automation and enablement programs including interpreting and enforcing terms and conditions. They will also analyze and interpret data to tell a broader story of the business as it relates to marketing automation and vertical enablement. This person is responsible for understanding industry and competitive trends related to comparable programs available to our partners. They will be a collaborative networker, working closely with teams at our vendor partners to execute new strategic initiatives within the marketing and engagement tools.

Core responsibilities Include:

  • Be a subject matter expert in building execution plans with vendor partners
  • Make strategic recommendations to improve the partner engagement experience
  • Various administrative tasks including but not limited to reporting, tracking progress, etc
  • Own the data integrity for owned tools and be able to provide insights to both sales and channel leadership
  • Cultivate and develop relationships in order to become the trusted SME
  • Ensure sales has awareness, understanding and execution plan for the programs and tools
  • Own, promote and drive marketing automation through Lenovo Partner Hub and enablement awareness within the Lenovo Sales Team and partners
  • Lead the weekly cadences with vendors and provide successes and identify gap/opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally to identify additional enhancement opportunities with related tools

Qualifications

•            Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 

•            3-6 years’ experience in vendor relationships and project management

•            Ability to work cross-functionally to interpret business needs, trends and improvements

•            Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

•            Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Excel

•            Prior knowledge of the channel preferred
