Description and Requirements

Job Description:

Parts Technology & Quality Management for NA

·           CID (Customer Induced Damage) judgement and operation management in NA Reverse Hub

o     RH Vendor Onsite Operating management following CID Standard

o     Packaging E2E Management (PoU to RH, RH to RV), and Parts Operating Loss Management

o     Non-ADP/Billable case Charging back

·           FRU Parts Quality E2E Management (focus more on connection to NA Services)

o     Technical support and Failure Analysis for DOA or Part quality issue

o     IQC (Incoming Quality Check)/RMC (Return Material Check) Test Capability Set Up and Process Enablement in NA Reverse Hub

·           Data analysis to drive E2E Part Quality improvement

·           Same Unit Repair Tech support – Quality insurance/Assist to evaluate if board could go SUR or not (for CSAT)

Preferred Requirements:

·         Bachelor and above degree majoring in electronics engineering or manufacturing (such as PCB/PCBA/LCD) Engineering Area for 3+ years’ experience

·         Proven experiences in manufacturing, servicing or testing of Electronics HW products and data sense (Those with strong technical skills for HW of computers, mobile devices or good experiences in Engineering & Quality Management will be highly valued)

·         Be capable of supplier management, and project management

·         Good knowledge of quality system, ISO9000, In Process Control, etc.

·         Chinese speaking is advantaged

·         Ability to keep good & smooth communication with SDM team

·         Located at Houston – CSAT Depot and RH (open to travel to USFC/UNIS)
