We are currently looking for a Portfolio Coordinator who will become a part of our highly successful team.


Project Coordination

  • Responsible for leading successful outcome of projects across Lenovo’s Post Warranty Services Portfolio
  • Manage strategic initiatives by undertaking all aspects of project management from planning, research and analysis, conducting discovery workshops, coordination and control of project deliverables.
  • Responsible for gaining input, agreement and buy-in from relevant stakeholders impacted by projects activity both within the services Organization, IT and Operations teams
  • Develop, prepare and deliver appropriate management information and reports to project teams, business sponsors & stakeholders  
  • Manage risks and issues, including the development of contingency plans, and escalating where appropriate

Business Analysis

  • Define and document business requirements, acceptance criteria and design of systems and processes as appropriate
  • Gain consensus on business requirements from the teams, leading to preparation of functional/ technical specifications
  • Facilitate workshops, analyses and document ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ processes and obtain stakeholder/business owner sign off  
  • Provide business with effective support and advice in relation to technological and operational changes to be implemented in tools such as LSCS
  • Support the project team to develop an implementation approach for Geo wide system/ process related changes


  • New Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Project management and business analysis experience are a plus
  • Ability to think strategically as well as being able to focus on the detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Co-ordination and planning skills - needs to be able to pull the "many strands together"
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with commercial awareness. With the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Numerical and verbal reasoning skills
  • Competent Microsoft skills including MS Project  
  • Fluent English (verbal and written)
