By understanding the exact needs of our professional users, we have curated a portfolio of products that put the user back in control of their creations. Workstations represent the tool-of-choice for professionals across industries such as architecture, engineering and construction, media & entertainment, finance, healthcare, artificial intelligence, automotive and more.

The Lenovo Workstation Marketing team is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to define Lenovo’s product marketing strategy and execute marketing plans to elevate and drive awareness for Lenovo’s ThinkStation and ThinkPad P Series workstation portfolio.
 

You will work with cross-organizational teams, including Product Management, GEO Marketing, Web, Training, Channel, and business partners, to drive the development and execution of the marketing plan. The Product Marketing Manager will also be responsible for presenting the Lenovo workstation portfolio story to a wide array of audiences internally and externally. You will use your marketing mastery to implement demand gen content streams and mid-funnel nurture campaigns to drive awareness and consideration for Lenovo’s innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with marketing and business leaders to translate business goals and objectives into meaningful marketing campaigns and programs that deliver engagement, leads, funnel and revenue
  • Partner with Product Management to translate the product and portfolio messaging into compelling customer engagement campaigns that can scale across regions and markets.
  • Manage product launch readiness for key announcements and milestones, identifying the key messages and ensuring clear communication between relevant stakeholders.
  • Define clear campaign blueprints, clearly identifying the target audiences, goals of campaigns and the steps to execute on them; Create strategic workstation marketing campaigns for key technology partners (NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, etc.)
  • Lead the development of the product messaging strategy, content, creative development and agency management; Work with the agency and internal teams to manage campaign assets creation, including digital/social ads, emails, landing pages, channel activation, demand gen and nurture flows.
  • Own and manage all product and portfolio messaging, collateral and sales enablement materials; Align brand narratives and business objectives with the team’s content strategies.
  • Own performance by measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the impact of launch and campaign activities; Work with the marketing operations team to setup and manage performance KPIs, providing top level and deep insight reporting

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
  • 5+ years of experience and proven track record in executing successful B2B marketing programs
  • Strong copy writing and editing skills, ensuring key messages are clear and compelling.
  • Strong technical acumen, with a history of taking complicated solutions and building simple, impactful marketing assets and programs.
  • Experience leading engagements with marketing agency partners. 
  • Strong organization and proven project management skills with the ability to think strategically but work tactically in a dynamic environment and successfully operate on a wide range of topics and projects at one time.
  • Candidates must have strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Past experience in product marketing
  • Past experience working in at a technology company or with tech customers. 
  • Self-Starter with strong work ethic and ability to quickly grasp technical concepts with strong attention to detail 
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with both internal and external customers.
