Description and Requirements

Lenovo offers premier tech support with faster and first-time resolution. This position is to ensure premier support customer service representatives have sufficient knowledge about Lenovo PC products, process and tools to fulfill their job. On this job, you will 
-Understand, assess and enable the tools/functions needed from premier support team​ 
-Review and perfect current problem determination​ content and work with RD, quality and manufacturing teams to supplement new content about new products, new service utilities, etc 
-Measure the effectiveness of tools used by premier support team and continuously improve 
-Research about service tools solutions with latest AI technology​ and generate proposals of empowering our tools with AI 

-评估Premier Service所需工具的准备情况,确保新工具、新功能的开发和交付,监控工具使用情况及反馈,推动进一步优化 
-与研发、质量、生产等团队审阅并优化现有产品故障问题诊断内容,基于新产品,新工具撰写和维护诊断内容 
-探索基于最新人工智能技术的服务工具方案 
-与各大区服务交付的同事开展服务工具相关合作 

Job requirement: 
-Entrepreneurship, result-driven; ability to analyze and identify risk trends, problems, solutions and make active decisions -Familiar with PC/IoT product support; L1.5/L2 technical support experience and technical troubleshooting content creation experience are highly valued 
-Effectively communicating both verbally and in writing in Chinese and English and adjusting language to fit the audience 
-AI Tool development experience is a plus Knowledge about linux is a plus 

-积极主动,以终为始,具备分析识别风险、问题及相应解决方案的意识和经验,积极推动决策 
-熟悉计算机产品或IoT产品售后维修服务,有实际经验者(技术支持Level 1.5/2)优先 
-中英双语达到日常工作沟通水平 
-有AI服务工具开发经验者优先 熟悉Linux相关知识优先
