Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements.
  • Support product development and Agile project activities.
  • Analyze data and business processes to identify improvements.
  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related disciplines.
  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Agile methodologies, or business analysis is an advantage.
