Description and Requirements

Job Description:
1. Team Support
a) Support team activities. regular internal activities and help create a positive team atmosphere. Include: birthday celebration, on board celebration, team sports reward, annual party, team buildings, etc.
b) Participate in cross function teamwork, such as KO meeting prepare and organize.
c) Other Administration support required, such as: Manage department mail group, manage team workspace, Teams Channel setup and maintain.

2. Assets and sample management
a) Manage department assets
b) Competitor machine purchase and management
c) Sample management system and sample stock build up and training to team
d) Manage SIT/SVT sample booking and shipment
e) Apply NB products to office work machine in Lenovo


Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above with good oral and listening and writing English ability
2. Strong sense of honesty and responsibility and teamwork awareness
3. Excellent coordination and execution capability, ability to work under pressure
4. Strong communication skills and quick learning ability
5. Skillful to use office software
