Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assess technology trends across key industry components, including panels, scalers, ICs, and related technologies, to identify strategic opportunities and potential innovation areas.

2. Drive early engagement with strategic partners and suppliers to influence future technology direction and foster long-term collaboration.

3. Develop and maintain long-term technology roadmaps for panels, scalers, and other critical components, ensuring alignment with business and product strategies.

4. Identify first-to-market (FTM) opportunities and evaluate emerging technologies that can create competitive advantages.

5. Lead supplier co-development initiatives to accelerate technology adoption and enable differentiated product solutions.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technology insights into actionable product and business strategies.

Job Requirements:

1. Strong understanding of technology trends and ecosystem developments across display-related components, such as panels, scalers, ICs, and associated technologies.

2. Proven ability to evaluate emerging technologies, identify strategic opportunities, and contribute to long-term technology planning.

3. Experience in developing technology roadmaps and aligning component innovation with product development objectives.

4. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with suppliers, partners, and cross-functional teams.

5. Ability to drive collaborative development programs and manage supplier partnerships to achieve business and product goals.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to assess market dynamics, technology evolution, and competitive positioning.

7. Excellent communication and project coordination skills, with the ability to influence decisions and drive initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
