Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

1. Define and drive the N+2 device experience strategy across Industrial Design (ID), User Experience (UX), Software (SW), and system architecture to ensure a cohesive and forward-looking product vision.

2. Develop long-term product experience roadmaps that align with emerging market trends, evolving technologies, and customer needs.

3. Partner closely with Product Management, R\&D, UX, and ID teams to ideate, evaluate, and shape next-generation product concepts and experiences.

4. Translate future experience strategies into actionable product roadmaps and support Product Offering Roadmap (POR) planning activities.

5. Ensure strategic alignment between future product experiences, business objectives, and cross-functional development initiatives.

Job Requirements:

1. Proven capability to define product experience strategies across multiple disciplines, including Industrial Design (ID), User Experience (UX), Software (SW), and system architecture.

2. Strong ability to develop long-term product roadmaps based on market insights, customer needs, and future technology trends.

3. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, R\&D, UX, and Industrial Design to drive product innovation.

4. Ability to translate strategic concepts and future experience visions into structured product planning and execution frameworks.

5. Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams toward common objectives.
