About Our Team
This position is for a Product Manager – Business & Market in the Cloud and Software business.
What You'll Do
- Maintain software product pricing
- Maintain product positioning relative to competitors
- Maintain database of collaboration market intelligence
- Report on product ARR, cost, development expense, gross profit and profit contribution
- Report on software performance: MAU, DAU, renewals, OSAT
- Build collateral to support the software product launch based on development releases
- Building industry recognitions
- Meet with external customers and internal stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements as input to product owners
Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B.S., B.A.)
- 3+ years working experience in:
- agile software development teams (specific roles Product Manager, Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst)
- setting direction for software products, including pricing, positioning, gathering market intelligence, technical marketing, establishing go-to-market, routes to market and building industry recognition
- building and driving SaaS software business performance: ARR, cost, development expense, gross profit and profit contribution
- building and driving enterprise SaaS software performance: MAU, DAU, renewals, OSAT
- bridging the software development release to the marketing launch process
- Customer focus: working externally (outside of Lenovo) and with internal customer / stakeholder groups to organize requirements and set development prioritization
- Strong presentation skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office suite (in particular SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- 3+ years working experience with Atlassian tools (in particular Jira, Confluence)
- Self-starter, able to work in hybrid environment within a global team context
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a technical related discipline
- 3+ years working experience in:
- the modern collaboration industry (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Google Meet)
- Experience in leveraging and developing insights from software instrumentation tools (e.g. Pendo.io)
