Product Manager – CONS Visuals, Asia Pacific This is a key role within Visuals Team aiming to grow Visual business in Asia Pacific. This will in involve working with regional product/4P teams, end customers and business partners along with broader Lenovo Sales teams to plan, execute visual business growth and achieve volume, revenue and margin targets.
Responsibilities:
• Candidate will be responsible to manage the entire product lifecycle and product roadmap, market research, competitive analysis, forecast planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
• Candidate will be responsible for Analyzing the market data to develop sales strategies and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans.
•Candidate will be responsible for working with country 4P/PM team in building a product pricing and positioning plan and ensure that the plan achieves the market breadth that our share goals requires.
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding along with driving Sales Enablement programs for internal and external teams.
• Work closely with WW business units to support AP requirement by sharing regular feedback on business status, competitive information, Market trends.
• Co-ordinate with marketing on building assets and communication to support brand development and visibility.
Position Requirements:
Experience and Skills:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or similar role.
•Previous experience in working with Regional teams with a combination for both matured and emerging markets. Knowledge of the business trends in different regions within Asia Pacific.
•Ability to manage multiple initiatives, programs & engagement with regional teams simultaneously.
•Keen to focus on customer needs with exceptional command on business analytical skills.
•Ability to build & deliver effective product communications, roadmap to large groups across including senior executives.
•Proficient in building value-based positioning communication vs. competition; understands technology and able to
•Ability to maintain strong relationships along with strong business acumen, persistence, success oriented and metric driven will be key for this role.
•Excellent communications skills with in-depth knowledge of our products and value proposition.
•Ability to work as a team and deliver well under tight timelines
•Bachelor’s Degree or above.
