Description and Requirements

The Product Marketing Manager – Premium devices and Solutions a B2B product marketing role. As a part of Lenovo’s Global SMB Marketing team, the candidate will be primarily responsible for developing strategy and content for Lenovo’s premium business PC devices and solutions.

This is a senior individual contributor role in a global marketing team.

The position requires a high degree of marketing insight and strong PC and solution marketing knowledge. In addition, the ideal candidate has a track record of successful GTM planning and execution across multiple routes to market. The position is responsible for crafting the value propositions, positioning and messaging for upcoming products targeted at SMB customers.

The ability to consult with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, SMEs and regional marketing functions to identify and craft the right clear, unique and exciting messages is essential.

The role requires a self-starter attitude, maturity and ‘logical creativity,’ i.e. creating technically accurate messaging that appeals to the business buyer and knowledge of end computing technology and the IT ecosystem. In addition, spoken and written English must be exemplary, and experience working with international stakeholders is a must-have.


Premium Product & Solution Marketing

Craft value propositions and positioning for upcoming products under one of Lenovo’s top business PC brands Develop messaging and GTM plans and lead the adoption and implementation Plan, manage and supervise the creation of content for product launches and solutions tailored for the SMB segment Develop content to support demand gen programs for SMB product, software and service offerings

Sales Enablement

Consult with product development, solution architects and SMEs to identify the Lenovo solution mix
(product + software + service + accessory) for predefined SMB customer problems Develop the core messaging and enablement content for the solution Own the development and delivery of sales and customer-facing content assets by working with external agency partners


  • A Bachelor’s Degree; MBA is a bonus
  • Ten years of experience overall
  • Previous role in the marketing function of a leading tech company
