Description and Requirements

The Production 2nd Shift Leader is responsible for managing and coordinating all manufacturing operations during the second shift to ensure production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality standards. This role provides leadership to production teams, oversees shift performance, and ensures compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
