Description and Requirements


Program Management Specialist



Develop cost benefit analysis, return on investment forecasts, project proposals, project charters, risk analysis, project schedules, and ensure actual results are tracked for large complex projects. Develop and manage project schedules. Identify and establish stakeholders and appropriate project governance. Identify appropriate project team resources and ensure appropriate staff are secured. Develop and lead project budgets and track project budget, resources cost usage and provide forecast.


Requirements:

Master’s Degree

6 or more months of relevant experience

1. Cost-benefit analysis and economic valuation;

2. Discounted cash flow models and static financial ratios;

3. Budget consumption tracking and forecasting;

4. Assessment and reporting on financial and technical risks and outlooks;

5. Supply chain efficiency, plant productivity, and transportation.
