Description and Requirements

  • Drive and manage programs / initiatives for effective execution of the global sales capability development strategy and plan.
  • End to End L&D Program Lifecycle Management – Consulting, Needs Analysis, Design & Development, Implementation and Evaluation sales learning & development interventions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external individuals, teams and organizations at regional and global levels in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Manage regular communications with stakeholders including senior executives across different geographies.
  • Manage vendors / external partners.
