Description and Requirements

As part of the WW (worldwide) SMB & Channel DaaS (Device as a Servis) team, you will be responsible for managing the design and delivery of the Global Lenovo DaaS SMB & Channel Program toolset, e2e process channel compensation, training, enablement, certification program, and program reporting design & implementation across Lenovo’s Global SMB & Channel footprint.

In this role, the DaaS Program Manager will be expected to manage the design and delivery of the Global Lenovo DaaS SMB & Channel Program, which will provide business partners with the information, tools, and commercial framework to sell and become an approved Lenovo Device as a Service Partner.

  • You will need to demonstrate the ability to take initiative and provide leadership in delivering Program Management across local and international markets. 
  • You will need to have a successful track record of designing programs that enable services and solutions to enhance a PC hardware sale. 
  • You will champion the innovative power of our Device as a Service Proposition to support Channel Partners making companies more productive, collaborative and transformative. 
  • You will need to understand Lenovo’s portfolio of award-winning products and develop strategies to help online, new and existing SMB & Channel Partners execute the Lenovo DaaS Proposition.

In this role, you will report to Director of DaaS Global Channels and SMB based in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Delivery of Lenovo WW SMB & Channel DaaS Program
  • Business requirement gathering to develop, and close new SMB & Channel Program for business partners
  • Create and manage the Program for Lenovo Hardware, Services, and Funder Partners to integrate into the Subscription portal
  • Understand and adapt to Lenovo’s ongoing product and services developments and how to incorporate them into an “as a Service” model toolset
  • Ensure that our SMB & Channel Partners deliver world-class sales and customer service
  • Effectively and consistently developing Lenovo SMB & Channel DaaS reporting tools to track key program metrics and consistently meet those metrics


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of successful Program design and execution experience is required
  • Strong experience of business automation
  • In-depth knowledge of “as a Service” models
  • Proven success in Program Management in businesses in the IT services industry
  • Strategic mindset and sound business acumen are required, along with effective decision making, and partner management skills
  • Excellent communication, both oral and written, and strong presentation skills
  • Strong prioritization skills, attention to detail, commitment to deadlines
  • Proven ability to operate with a high level of professionalism; entrepreneurialism and agility
  • Demonstrated ability to work across all levels of the organization with a teaming attitude
  • Travel estimated 25 - 50% 


Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience with MS Dynamics, Salesforce & ServiceNow
  • Consumption-based sales experience in SaaS, DaaS, or Cloud Services
  • Understanding of Subscription/Lease financial solution
