Description and Requirements


We are recruiting a Public Sector Sales Manager, a pivotal role in achieving both our short‑term and long‑term objectives within the Swedish Public Sector segment. In this position, you will lead a well‑established and successful sales team and be responsible for developing, managing, and executing the segment strategy at both operational and strategic levels. The role reports to the Country Sales Manager for Enterprise & Public Sector.


What are the key responsibilities?
•   Lead and develop the Swedish Public Sector team consisting of six employees
•   Drive the commercial transformation to ensure future success in emerging business areas
•   Own and manage the end‑to‑end process of strategic account planning
•   Build and nurture effective teams with a strong focus on collaboration and a unified approach
•   Oversee short‑ and long‑term pipeline management, including account planning across all Lenovo business groups (One Lenovo), as well as accurate forecasting and demand planning
•   Develop tactical plans based on market share development, pricing analysis, and competitive insights, while identifying partner alliances, growth segments, and new market opportunities
•   Build and maintain strong C‑level customer relationships, including the ability to negotiate and close complex deals


What You Bring
•   A proven track record of successful commercial leadership
•   Experience in team and people management within similarly sized organizations, with a transparent and motivational leadership style
•   Deep expertise in the IT industry, including hardware, services, and solution selling
•   Strong experience in end‑user and channel partner sales and management, with a customer‑centric mindset
•   Solid financial acumen and experience with P&L responsibility
•   Excellent analytical and planning capabilities
•   Experience in large enterprise and international sales is an advantage
•   Professional fluency in both English and Swedish
