We are looking for a Senior Customer Representative to help support a new e-Commerce team. You will report to the Customer Operations Manager. 

These are your detailed responsibilities:

Assist manager on smooth transition to new Flash platform and Digital River exiting

Provide training and daily mentoring for team members on chargeback operations. Monitor, report and ensure team well respond to all disputes received, and resolve disputes by working with the extended teams

Provide training and daily mentoring for team members on the flawless operation on all the online payment transactions for web orders. And provide clear issue visibility and solution guidance

Monitor prepaid orders

Makes sure that all payments using online payment are completed successfully once order gets invoiced

Monitors authorization holds and settlement batches on a daily basis

Capable of interacting with customer’s directly, Fulfillment, AR and Finance teams and also with banks and 3rd party payment processing providers

Identify and prevent potential fraud on Net terms orders

Ensure team could identify and resolve the payment issues within agreed SLA

Improve Cx via ensuring close loop communication for all internal and external customer escalation, inquiry, request in team’s daily work

Act as coordinator for cross functional discussion, interlock…ect.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor degree (experience could make education less important)

Multiple language ability is preferred- English and French or English and German or English and Italian - fluent oral and written

3 years experience in relative field or Supply chain

Solid execution and act with sense of urgency

Quick learning skill and adapt to changes

Have data analysis skill is preferred

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 1800 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
