Description and Requirements

Survey and investigate industry trend, direct competes, and end user needs and design & develop whole-set publication solution to match product position, including but not limite to:

  • Design and develop in-box setup manual for users to quickly setup/use the product.
  • Design and develop online user guide to introduce product-specific features, functions in detail for end users.
  • Design and develop online hardware maintenance manual target for service personnel and advance users to correctly repair and replace parts.
  • Develop in-box safety and warranty guide to meet WW safety and warranty/environmental/legal mandatory requests.
  • Develop Regulatory Notice to meet WW compliance/certification-related mandatory requirements.
  • Other smart solution design and develop.

Product life cycle change management, whole-set publication maintenance, such as product change request, regulatory change/updates.
