Description and Requirements

PQM Job Description Product Quality Management engineer is responsible for end to end notebook product quality management, including: NPI product quality management, lifecycle quality management and critical quality issue handling. He/She is the quality rep in project team in NPI phase to manage all develop phase issues, review both design & MFG readiness to ensure product quality, especially at the beginning of product launch. He/She drives product continuous improvement through data analysis, field/customer issue resolving, and VOC deep dive, in order to ensure product quality generation to generation improvement. R&R: Work as quality owner with cross functional team( R&D, Product PM, Marketing, NPI, service and MFG related team),  identify and collect NUDD items, work out Quality Management Plan(QMP) drive NUDD control plan and ensure well execution; NPI product quality mass production gatekeepers, make overall decision if product can be launched, from quality point of view, release notice(SS letter) to all GEOs;  Field quality performance 1st owner, keep close monitoring on field defects from channel and repair station, online retailers(like JD.com, Lenovo.com…) customer evaluation information, take quick actions to drive improvement, especially at the beginning of product launch and when field KPI is over target; Lesson Learn owner, support both MFG stop line and field complain issues(product related) solving, drive and accumulate Lesson learn from quality case/incident, ensure that  Lesson Learn items can be fully cut in new product QMP, in order to drive product quality generation to generation improvement; Perform CX analysis and improvement, in order to provide best user experience to customers. Drive continuous improvement, identify quality improvement opportunities, lead and drive cross function team to make improvement; Requirement: Education: Bachelor degree in engineering, electronic, mechanical, computer specialty or comparable combination Related experience: 5~7 years working experience quality management of PC product or electronics products. Or 3~5 years Dev experience, with 2 year quality background. - Well understand the PC products  - Good data analysis capability, big data analysis capability is preferred; - Fluent in oral and written English. - Known the quality improvement tools, and basic skill of project management - Always think about customer  - Good cooperate and communicate is required.  - result-oriented
