Description and Requirements

The Regional Sales Manager is accountable for achieving the Regional sales and profitability
goals for the business unit.

Drive both the commercial volume distribution channel for the region.

Ensure all sales representatives achieve profit targets, maintain margins, achieve sales
volumes and revenue, increased market share and control expenses as detailed in
budgets and business plans.

Manage the sales team to develop a high performing, dedicated, motivated and engaged
team.

Drive Sellout and Sell- through with high Premium mix.

Strategize & plan to achieve both short term and long term objectives by building a
sustainable business.

Ensuring business hygiene and managing predictability, linearity
WOS etc.

Ensure growth of Lenovo in terms of reach, actively set out to achieve and exceed
objectives for market penetration. ·

Maximize sales of accessories. Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products with specific focus on PC+ products to improve profitability. ·

Manage channel partner relationships and ensure that they have adequate support on Lenovo products. ·

Liaisons with the product team by providing feedback on new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying customer needs and trends; tracking competitors. ·
Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans. Organizing special promotional events with retail partners. · Engage & drive cross functional teams to achieve desired results
