Lenovo’s Cloud Service Provider Group (CSP) is seeking a Rack Test Engineer. This is an exciting and fast paced opportunity in our CSP/Hyperscale Development Group.

Location: This position is based at our NA Headquarters in Morrisville, NC. Relocation assistance is available.
What You’ll Do
• Review design documents (MRD, SPEC, etc.)
• Identify and implement NUDD test cases
• Deliver test strategy/plan/cases/report for rack and scale testing
• Research new technologies for future validation enablement, including Identify new tool and automation requirements
• Communicate with project team, development team to deliver information to test execution team
• Plan and control test schedule and test resources (man power, SUT, material parts)
• Manage and track defect status
• Highlight project risks, critical defects and report test status to project team and manager
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 5+ years of directly related Hardware test engineering experience
• Experience on server and storage relative test
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with storage/server test structure, stability & performance test methodology, reliability test methodology and FW test methodology
• Excellent cross-function communication skills, must have excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem solving skills and the capacity to think out of the box
• Must be self-motivated, flexible, and willing to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Bilingual in English/Chinese is preferred
