Description and Requirements
The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships with their business partners in HR (Operations and Business facing), Finance, Payroll and Legal in order to define and deliver competitive and engaging benefits programs in the region. Candidate will have experience with operational aspects of benefits program delivery, ideally with a regional or global technology company.
LAS region includes 6 countries with a combined headcount of approximately 3,500 plus employees. Benefit programs in the region include supplemental health and welfare programs, defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans and an array of ancillary benefit and wellness programs, allowances and policies.
Key focus areas for the role:
· Support the Benefits Team on compliance with local legislation regarding taxes, reporting and privacy issues.
